You work directly with the founders on everything that makes the company run. One week you're preparing an investor update, the next you're driving a pilot contract with a grid operator over the finish line or fixing an operations process that slows the team down. We're looking for a generalist with high agency who wants a front-row seat to building a deep tech company and takes ownership from day one.

What you'll do

• Own projects across fundraising, sales, operations, and finance end-to-end
• Prepare investor materials, data rooms, and board updates together with the founders
• Support customer projects with European grid operators, from proposals to pilot logistics
• Build and improve internal processes and tooling, including CRM, automations, and reporting
• Coordinate hiring, events, and everything that keeps a fast-growing team running
• Whatever is necessary; if something needs to happen, you make it happen

What you'll ship in the first 3 months

• Take full ownership of an internal process so it runs without the founders
• Drive a customer or investor deliverable from first draft to sign-off
• Identify the biggest operational bottleneck in the company and fix it

Your qualifications

• Strong academic background in business, engineering, or a related field
• Structured and fast; you turn ambiguity into a plan and execute
• Excellent written and spoken English and German
• Comfortable with numbers, contracts, and tools; you learn new software in an afternoon
• Bonus: prior experience in a startup, VC, consulting, or banking, or your own projects that show you get things done
